Hi guys
I am Shane Dedans living at Pointe aux sables on the west coast of Mauritius. I am studying Mass communications at Charles Telfair Insitute and majoring in marketing and web media.
In my spare time I go to the gym and also on adventures,
I have an active lifestyle and I do my best to manage my studies and my lifestyle. I consider bodybuilding to be for the body and the mind and going on adventures brings you peace.
Moreover I chose communication since I like interaction with people and marketing because I love the art of selling.
I already did a blog about bodybuilding and I have now decided to extend my writing pursuits to adventures.

I have chosen a picture of myself as avatar as it represents my love for nature. I want to introduce people to the beauty of our island and how peaceful it is to go into the wild while your body advances and your mind flutters around it. I consider it being a gift from God to live here and being able to enjoy the beauty of the mountains,waterfalls and the forest.
